Your running community is waiting for you!
Join Team Running Lab for a FREE 16-week half or full marathon training plan. The first day of training will begin on January 5th, 2025 with our goal race being the Glass City Half / Full Marathon on April 26th, 2026. Our training plans are designed to help a novice runner or experienced runner crush their running goals for the season.
Our inclusive training group has free training plans, pace leaders, a Facebook group for communication and celebration, educational events and the best people in the area to run with.
Group Runs:
- Tuesday nights at 6pm at Running Lab
- Saturday mornings at 7am at Kensington Metro Park – West Boat Launch
Even if you don't have a goal race or distance in mind, we encourage you to join the group. Running is better with friends, and we are here to help you be your best.
