2025 Turkey Trot – SPONSORS/Vendors
WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED via pre-registration signup, for EACH participant, volunteer, and sponsor who will be attending. *spectators do not need to sign a waiver*. If you'll have a minor at your table please have their parents sign them up to be at your table.
All sponsors need to arrive no later than 5:15am to start setting up, as runners will show up starting at 6am for Packet Pickup.
Please stop by the Orange SRS tent to the Right of the stage, to pick up your wristbands from Kellie or Jana.
No smoking or vaping on Event Center Premesis
No pets at our events – only service animals
EMS will be on standby and will be stationed by the start/finish line. Let us know ASAP if you are not feeling well, or need basic 1st aid.

In the case of inclement weather, we will post in the Facebook event first, followed by a post on our Facebook page.
I will aim to text each sponsor right after, with the phone number that is listed on your signup here. Please check your RSU account and be sure the phone number on there is accurate/updated.
The use of headphones/earphones is unsafe, and Sea Rim Striders actively discourages their use. Everyone needs to stay alert at all times.
Be sure you receive the email confirmation from signing up. You should receive an automatic email within 2 minutes.
If you are representing a GROUP, please wear your logo'd shirts to promote yourselves!
Send any photos you take at this event – runners and/or volunteering – if you'd like us to include them in the final SRS pictures postings for the event – SRSclub.TurkeyTrot@gmail.com by the end of Thanksgiving day.
