The Snowman Scram 5K Run/Walk and 1 mile fun run is a fun wintertime event designed as a fundraiser for the Pentwater Cross Country and Track Teams.
Date: February 14th, 2026
TIME: 1 Mile Fun Run starts at 11:00am with the 5K run/walk to follow.
LOCATION: Start and finish by the bus barn/track at the school.
ENTRY FEES: $25.00 for 1 mile Fun Run
$35.00 for 5K run/walk
* Packet pick up will be in the lobby of the school. You can also use the gym to warm up!
*Water will be available at the finish.
*Refreshments will be available in the cafeteria after the race. There will be a few door prizes!
*We are also offering a virtual option. All 5K virtual runners will receive a tech long-sleeve t-shirt and finisher medal. It can either be picked up or mailed.
*Packet pick up and same day registration begins at 9:30. All runners must be registered by 10:30! Please note those who register the day of will likely not receive a shirt.
*We will be providing chip timing for the race! Results will be very quick!
*Course is flat and all on paved roads.
*A LONG SLEEVE TECH T-shirt is included with all pre-registered participants (by February 7th). Day of registrants and registrations after February 7th will not likely receive shirts.
*Finishers medals for all 1 mile fun runners (only guaranteed with pre-registration by February 7th).
*No refunds for cancellations due to weather.

*Trophies for overall male and female winners and male and female masters (40+) winners! New this year we will have a masters + category for 70 and over!
