    This 4-week camp is perfect for runners who have a 3-mile base and want to improve speed, endurance, and confidence — without logging long weekend runs.

    We’ll focus on building consistency, sharpening pace, and maintaining motivation through the busy season.

    • Graduates of our beginner 5K program

    • Runners looking to add a little distance (no longer than 4–5 miles)

    • Anyone wanting to stay strong between race seasons
