- 5:00PM-7:00PM-Packet pickup at the HUB. The HUB is located next to Derby Hill in Franke Park.

- 8:00AM--Packet pickup at the HUB
- 8:55AM-Race instructions and information at the HUB
- 9:00AM-Race Time
- 11:00AM-Awards at the conclusion of the race
