The Flying Feet Summer Running Program is a 10-week training program designed to develop a base of fitness for fall races. Each runner will have a training plan to follow based on their individual history and goals. There will be coached workouts offered in Littlestown at 6:30pm on Tuesday and in Westminster at 6:30pm on Wednesday. Coached workouts will also be offered every other Saturday. Families with more than 2 individuals participating should inquire about a family discount.
Program highlights –
•10-week training plans from Monday, June 16th through Sunday, August 24th
•Open to runners of all experience levels and paces
•Perfect for forming a base of fitness for fall races
•High school and college runners are welcome
•Each runner will have a training plan to follow
•Club 5K on 8/23 included for no additional cost
•Coach workouts weekly
•Choose either 6:30pm Tuesday in Littlestown or 6:30pm Wednesday in Westminster
•Every other Saturday morning in either Littlestown or Westminster
