Why? The Fell's Point Fun Fest was born out of a desire to preserve Baltimore’s unique waterfront and historic charm. Today, the Inner Harbor Promenade is a direct legacy of that effort. FestQuest invites participants to interact with that history firsthand, encouraging exploration, appreciation, and connection.
