On Saturdays Coach Adina leads an indoor bike ride. You can show up for ANY indoor workout: treadmill, rower, weights, stretching, trampoline…come for the camaraderie and fun conversation while you log your minutes.
How it works:
1. Log all the HOURS you exercise.
By logging HOURS we are evening the playing field and rewarding your EFFORT!
Everything counts – swim, bike, walk, run, row, lift, yoga, pilates, ski, hike, dance…pretty much any exercise that YOU choose!
2. Choose your challenge based on your personal goals:
Snowball = 25 hours
Snowman = 50 hours
Igloo = 75 hours
Avalanche = 100 hours
