    5k starts at 9:00 AM

    The 5k is open to all runners, joggers, and walkers interested in the full 5K distance. 

    Brain Walk & Roll starts at 10:00 AM

    The Walk & Roll is a 1-mile accessible course open to all brain injury survivors, caregivers, and their community. 

    Packet Pick Up:  Starts 7:45 AM on Race Day 8-16-2025

    Tri-State Running Company (Edgewood location) from 12pm – 5pm on August 15th. 

     

    Age Groups: 15 and Under, 16-25, 26-35, 36-45, 46-55, 56-65, 66-75, 75+
