Event Description: Fun & Competitive 5K at Occoquan Regional Park

Whether you’re a seasoned runner chasing a personal best or simply looking for an active day out with friends and family, this 5K offers something for everyone. Open to all ages and abilities, the course delivers both a rewarding challenge and a welcoming atmosphere.
Every participant will receive a commemorative finisher’s medal, and the competition doesn’t stop there—placement medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age group and gender.
