It's that time of the year again! The annual 4000 Steps for Diabetes Glow Run is here again! The race will be held outside GCT Middle School in Paragould. Let's all come together as a community to help support research for Type 1 Diabetes and other community diabetes efforts while having fun!
Here's how it works…
Step 1. Register to run or walk the event and invite your friends to join! You can make your own team and go crazy with costumes and glow accessories!
Step 2. Pick up your t-shirt and packet at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center on 11/6 from 11am-3pm. If unable to pick up your shirt/packet at this time, please call 239-7016 to make arrangements.
Step 3. Show up on November 8th at 5:00pm (race starts at 6:00pm) to walk/run the official Eagle Mile course. Post a picture of your run to Facebook or Instagram using #AMMCGlowRun!
Step 4: Enjoy the thrill of just helping a very deserving cause!
