Walkin’ the Dog is the biggest dog-loving community celebration of the year, featuring a fundraising walk through downtown Columbus, adoptable dogs from local rescues, and free family fun! 100% of the funds raised through this event will help shelter dogs get home faster and healthier.

Walk with us solo or bring your dog, family, or a team of coworkers to have fun and support shelter dogs in rural counties who need us most. After the walk, stay to celebrate the rescue dogs who've made it home and the work it takes to get them there.
