VALOR 22 is hosted by the NAU Army ROTC Cadet Axe Organization, NAU Airforce ROTC Cadet Highlanders, and the Military Order of the Purple Heart Foundation #793, with support from the American Red Cross, MOAA, and City of Flagstaff Emergency Services.
13 SEPTEMBER 2025 will be a day of commemoration of the fallen during 9/11 and awareness of Veteran Suicide Prevention, PTSD, and TBI Awareness of all Service members that serve the United States in various uniforms.
Consisting of a 1K walk/fun run, 5K competitive run,s, a 22K competitive trail ruck (22lbs) in Buffalo Park…. All starting and finishing at the Arizona State Veterans Home @ 2100 N Gemini Rd, Flagstaff, AZ.
Local and non-local vendors will be setup in the Arizona State Veterans Home parking lot.

- Food & Beverages (provided by PEPSI, SODEXO, and Vendors)

0600-0700: Parking, check-in (TBD on Parking Sites)
0630: Ruck check for 22K Ruck competitors
0700-0730: VALOR 22 official ceremony.
0730-0750: Participants move to staging area. Final Prep.
0750: 22K RUN/RUCK Safety Brief from event staff
0800: 22K RUCK begins
0810: 5K RUCK begins
0820: 1K RUN begins
~0845: 1K/5K Award Ceremony (ASVH)
TBD: 22K RUCK Award Ceremony (ASVH)
