For those that have never competed in my events they take place at Guthrie Lake – this is a no wake lake that only allows boats to troll. No jet skis or skiing is allowed
The swim is done in a small cove that eliminates any white caps should the wind be blowing at those speeds – spectators are able to walk along the shoreline to view/track their Athlete
Olympic: Swim .9mi/1600yds – Bike 24mi – Run 6mi –
Sprint: Swim 500yds – Bike 18mi – Run 3mi
Beat Buzz Super Sprint: Swim 200yds – Bike 6mi – Run 1mi
Super Sprint Aquabike: Swim 200yds – Bike 6mi Sprint
Duathlon: Run 2mi – Bike 18mi – Run 2mi
This year race management will have a Youth Under 12 free race – when selecting this option after registering you will need to contact race management directly to identify what your Athlete chooses to race – there will be an additional charge to cover the cost of the shirt if you chose to order one

This race will never be a wetsuit legal swim
Plenty of parking close to the Transition – various hotels east of town that has easy access to I35 that eliminates having to drive through town to the race site – also a Starbucks conveniently located at the on ramp to juice yourself up with on the way
