    Race Overview:

    Annual –Trail Run and Plunge!

    Location:  Meadow Creek Park, 19195 Clarkrange Hwy, Monterey, TN. 38574 (36.11537 N, 85.18784 W)

    Recreational 5(ish)K Run Start Time:  9:00 a.m. CST

    Runners can choose to plunge right after run, or wait and plunge with the plunge only crew @ 10:00am CST

    Plunge Only (without run) starts at 10:00am CST (Age 13 and up only)

    Breakfast items, beverages and swag item included with the price of a ticket. 

    Please Note:

    • Lake bottom is natural, shoes or water shoes are recommended. 
    • There will be an outdoor changing station available onsite (change of clothes post plunge and a warm blanket highly recommended). 
    • We will have a few tents with small heaters onsite to warm yourself post plunge also.
    • EMS will be onsite.
