    Race Overview:

    The University of Dayton Department of Health and Sport Science annual Thomas J. Frericks 5K event is set for 2025! The event will take place on UD's campus over Family Weekend on Saturday, Sept. 27th. The race will begin in front of the RecPlex at 10:00am. Proceeds of the Thomas J. Frericks 5K will benefit the Department of Health and Sport Science and Phi Epsilon Kappa. 

     

    The cost for the in-person 5K event is $30. Registration includes a t-shirt if registered by Sept 1.

    Prizes will be awarded to the male and female overall winners and the top 3 males and females in each age division.
