The Samuel Lomax Foundation, Inc. together with the Cedar – Morris Hill Community invite you to join our 5th Annual Cancer Awareness 5K Run/Walk.
This is our continued effort in spreading awareness and raising money in support of a worthy cause. There are over 100 types of cancer and at least one-third of cancer diagnoses are preventable through healthy lifestyle changes. Whether you are a casual runner/walker, competitive runner, cancer fighter, cancer survivor or simply want to support the cause, your participation in this event and a portion of the proceeds will help benefit local charitable organizations and spread the word about cancer prevention.
When: Sunday, September 21 @ 10:30 AM
Cost: Early-bird registration $25 (includes race t-shirt and participant medal) open until 11:59PM on August 24th | $25 late registration (DOES NOT include race t-shirt) starts August 25th and open until 8:00AM, the morning of the race.
Donation: If you're unable to participate in the event, but would like to contribute towards the cause, feel free to make a donation by clicking the "Donate" button. Please note: donations also DO NOT include a race t-shirt. If you would like to receive a race t-shirt, you must sign-up as a participant prior to the August 24th deadline.
