Established in 2012, the Team SBH 5K has become one of our most popular fundraisers of the year. Every summer over 800 runners ranging from age 5 to 95 sign up to run through the seaside town of Deal, located just a few miles from Long Branch, NJ. Runners of all levels compete in our 5K; our elite runners tackle the Fast and Furious race, while our signature Diaper Dash gives our youngest supporters a chance to crawl across the finish line. Our “Cheer Squad” of over 500 spectators cheer their family and friends along the course. The event culminates with a brunch and award ceremony for the top runners in each age group. Proceeds from this event will be used by SBH to help children in need.
