Team Running Lab is celebrating 10 years of bringing runners and walkers together, and this spring season is the perfect time to join us. Our FREE 16 week half or full marathon training program kicks off January 5, 2026, with our goal race set for the Glass City Half and Full Marathon on April 26, 2026. Whether you are brand new or looking to crush a new PR, our plans will help you stay consistent, confident, and ready for race day.
For a decade we have built an inclusive group where all paces, ages, and experience levels are welcome. You will get free training plans, supportive pace leaders, a private Facebook group for communication and celebration, educational events, and a community of people who show up for each other.

Tuesday nights at 6pm at Running Lab
Saturday mornings at 7am at Kensington Metropark, West Boat Launch
