Sweat Analysis: Understand your body's unique sweat composition to enhance hydration strategies during workouts. Resting sweat test looks at sodium concentration and gives personalized results.
During the Hurricane Hundred K weekend tests will be conducted from 2-7 pm on Friday, September 5th and 9-3 on Saturday, September 6th. Tests are open to runners, families, friends, and anyone else that's interested. Plan for about 45 minutes for the test. This is a resting test, so no workout is required. Please choose your preferred time when you register.
