The form is a fillable .pdf, so you can type right into it!     3. Print your completed form and mail/deliver to the Darke County Foundation.

The Sunshine 5K Run/Walk in beautiful Greenville City Park supports several local non-profit organizations. The scenic course winds through the park and over the swinging bridge.Shorter Option Available – 1 Mile Run/Walk for those who want a shorter route (no awards)
