Start your day with peace and purpose at our Sunrise Beach Yoga session on the lawn of the NAVY Lodge. Breathe in the ocean air, and awaken your body and mind as the sun rises over the sea.
*Please bring your Yoga Mat or Beach Towel. There will be a limited quantity of mats available.
*Registration will close once we reach max occupancy.
