This run & ruck is more than just a race — it’s a show of solidarity with the brave individuals who protect, serve, and heal others, often at great personal cost. A portion of the race proceeds benefits Operation True North, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization providing mental health services to veterans, active duty military, first responders, health care workers and their families.

Results & Awards
The 5K run is competitive, while the ruck and kids' dash are not. We recommend that ruck weights not exceed 40 pounds per rucker. 5K Run age groups for awards shall be 1st, 2nd, 3rd place male & 1st, 2nd, 3rd place female in the youth category (ages 17 and under) and overall (ages 18 and older).
