Be an all-star and complete our 30/30 challenge.
Starting October 1st, StenoStrides is challenging you to complete either one or both of our 30/30 challenges. In order to receive the giveaways, you must register for the physical challenge. All giveaways will be mailed once the challenge is completed.
- Challenge 1: Walk, run, bike, or swim — challenge yourself to 30 minutes for 30 days of physical activity.
- Challenge 2: Briefs, phrases, word families, proper names — challenge yourself to 30 minutes for 30 days of practice.

Participate on your own or grab a group of colleagues to form a team. Teams of 5 or more get $5 off the registration price (Once the 5th team member registers, team members 1 – 4 will receive a $5 refund.) Be sure to check out the All-Star merchandise store under the "More" dropdown.
