Kick off race weekend with a relaxed community run to get your legs ready for race day. Afterward, enjoy a cup of coffee at The Well Church Coffeehouse and stop by the Iron Office Health & Fitness Expo to pick up your race bib.
This is a free community event, but registration is required.
