Fun for the whole family!
- 50-yard tot trot, 1.1 mile fun run & 5K
- Registration for the fun run or 5K allows participation in both events. Free tot trot for 1-3 year olds (must be accompanied by a registered adult). Lower registration fees for participants under 18 yo.
- Race in your costume!
- Face Painting!
- Prizes for best African animal costume, child & adult
- This is a self-timed run
- To receive your shirt on race day, be sure to register by May 26th
Who are we?
Building Up: Partnering in Health and Wholeness is a nonprofit organization based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, advancing sustainable, community-led health care in underserved regions.
This event supports Tsiyon Family Hospital in Sayyi, Uganda, a fully operational, 24/7 medical facility staffed by a local care team and serving thousands of patients who previously lacked access to nearby health care.
While the hospital is open and providing essential services, we are raising funds to fully equip the operating room, enabling life-saving surgeries, emergency care, and safe deliveries to take place on site.
