• Shenandoah Valley Runners – Runners Pentathlon is a 5-event running competition.
• Saturday, September 20, 2025 
• check-in = 7:00-7:30 am
• first event = 8:00 am
• at Sherando High School (track located behind the school)
• Stephens City, VA 22655

Charity: The Runners Pentathlon will benefit Blue Ridge Care (formerly known as Blue Ridge Hospice)

• If you donate money to Blue Ridge Care, 100% of your donation will be sent to Blue Ridge Care.
• Thank You for supporting Blue Ridge Care.

Order of Events

• Each runner will compete in all five (5) events.

1. Event #1: 3000 meter Run = 8:00 am (check-in = 7:00-7:30 am)
2. Event #2: 400 meter Dash 
3. Event #3: 200 meter Dash
4. Event #4: 100 meter Dash
5. Event #5: 1500 meter Run

Registration Fees

1. Early Bird Registration: August 4-August 20 = $50 (please consider adding a donation to Blue Ridge Care)
2. August 21-September 3 = $75 (please consider adding a donation to Blue Ridge Care)
3. September 4-September 17 = $100 (please consider adding a donation to Blue Ridge Care)
4. Registration closes on September 17 at 11:59 pm.
5. No Race Day Registration.

Results

1. Based on overall best performance per event and overall pentathlon finishing place.
2. Based on Graded Performance Scale (type of scale to be used-TBA) per event and overall pentathlon finishing place.
3. Awards pending entry list and data.
