🏃♂️ Run Forest Run 5K — A Forrest Gump-Inspired Fun Run! 🌲
If you’ve ever watched Forrest Gump and thought, “Hey, I could run across America too… or at least a few miles,” then the Run Forrest Run 5K is calling your name louder than Jenny yelling from a school bus window.
Join us for a race where the only rule is to keep moving—because once you start running, who knows when you’ll stop? (Hopefully at the finish line. We do not provide cross-country escort vehicles.)
Expect a course sprinkled with Forrest-approved surprises: a white feather start line, a Bubba-Gump-style finish, and mile markers that remind you just how long Jenny kept Forrest waiting. You might even be overtaken by someone in a ping-pong outfit or a full shrimp costume. It's fine. It’s all part of the experience.
Costumes are highly encouraged—so grow out that majestic running beard, throw on your brightest yellow “happy face” T-shirt, and don’t forget the classic red hat. If anyone asks why you’re dressed like that, just say, “I just felt like running!”
So tie those shoes tight and come join the fun. After all… life is like a 5K—you never know what you’re gonna get.
