On Friday, September 26th, we will host our annual in-person race event. This includes a 2.5-mile race and a 1-mile fun run/walk. The proceeds from the race support a scholarship fund created in honor of Officer Philip Michael Pennington, for whom our school was named in September 2000. Officer Pennington was shot and killed while serving our community as a member of the Prince William County Special Weapons and Tactics, or SWAT Team. Our school strives to uphold his character through our high standards and character education. His memory lives through our students as they strive for excellence in education.
