    About the Program

    NOTE – All distance teams and the 9:15 am sprint teams are full.  Just one spot is available on the 1045 am Sprint teams.

    The Needham Track Club Winter Track Program is open to children age 7-14. The program meets on Sundays from December 14, 2025 – March 1, 2026 at Babson College in Wellesley. There are two sessions to choose from: 9:15 – 10:20 am and 10:45 – 11:50 am. Children choose a sprint team or a distance team.

    The weekly sessions include warm up, stretching, running drills, sprinting and distance training, hurdles, technique building and warm down. Children are placed in teams where they remain for the entire session. 

    The season tuition includes an NYTC Winter Program T-shirt, and all sessions.

     

    The dates after January 18, 2026 are subject to change depending on Babson’s game schedule.
