10 mile and 5K trail races located in Mountwood Park – 15 miles east of Parkersburg, WV on U.S. Route 50. Take the Volcano Road exit and the main parking lot is about one half mile by the boat ramp. The 10 mile has a 4 hour time limit – any participant over 2 hours at the halfway point will be routed to the finish. T-shirts guaranteed if registered by September 6. Runners must be at least 15 years old to participate in the 10 mile race. Awards will be presented to the top 3 overall male and female in all races. One age group award in all 3 races for the following age groups: Under 15 (5K only), 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
