7:00 a.m. Registration at Anytime Fitness for Pump -n- Run

10:30 a.m. Registration Begins in the Elkins/Randolph County Y.M.C.A

12:30 p.m. Runners & Walkers Step Off

12:45 p.m. Kids Run Step Off  (Kids 1 Mile Challenge FREE to Kids 10 and under.  Registration the day of the event onsite.)

 

Rules and Regulations

1.  Runners shall complete the course as marked and directed.

2.  Runners/Walkers must complete the course in which they have registered.

3.  All decisions of the committee as to finish time, place and any disqualifications shall be final.

4. Must be 18 to participate in the Pump -n- Run.

10K RUN – Trophies to First and Second, overall finishers (male/female).  First and second to age divisions (male/female).

Age Groups/RUN – 19-Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-Over

 

5K RUN – Trophies to First and Second, overall finishers (male/female).  First and second to age divisions (male/female).

Pump -n- Run – Trophies to First and Second, overall finishers (male/female).  First and second to age divisions (male/female).

About the Mountain State Forest Festival

2025 marks the 87th year of the Mountain State Forest Festival, one of the largest and oldest festivals in West Virginia.  The Mountain State Forest Festival promotes the beauty and splendor of the West Virginia mountains and plays a major role in our local and state economy.  This year's festival, with the theme of Embrace Nature's Charm, includes nightly live music and entertainment in the beautiful downtown amphitheater, a lumberjack competition, forestry and wood exhibits, juried art show, photography exhibit, quilt show, arts and crafts, amusement rides, three parades, and the Royal Coronation of Queen Silvia.
