Age groups will be awarded 4 deep in the following divisions: M/F 0-4, M/F 5-9, M/F 10-14, M/F 15-19, M/F 20-29, M/F 30-39, M/F 40-49, M/F 50-59, M/F 60-69, M/F 70-79, M/F 80+. As well as OVERALL MALE & OVERALL FEMALE.
This race is GUN TIMED. Please ensure competitive runners should line up towards the front. Bibs should be visible on the front of your bodies.
