This event will raise support for LifeWise Academy programs within Allen County. Upwards of 2,500 public school students (up to Grade 8) now receive Bible Instruction at Allen East, Bath, Columbus Grove, Delphos, Elida, Perry, Shawnee and Spencerville

Run or walk at this family-friendly 5K event to be held on Labor Day morning at 9 am. We will begin and end near the Sunnydale House (next to Elida Elementary). The course will take you through the village of Elida with many volunteers to encourage you along the way.

Date: Labor Day (Sept 1) with gun start at 9am
Start/Finish: Drive next to the Sunnydale House (4289 Sunnydale Drive / Elida, OH 45807)
Course: Flat terrain through the Village of Elida
Sign Up Fee: $24 Adult (17 and older) / $14 Child (16 and younger) through August 3rd. August 4th through August 31st – $32 Adult / $19 Child. ON RACE DAY – $40 Adult / $25 Child. There is a discount available to families who register more than 4 participants. Please email contact@wtlw.com for help in receiving the discount.

Water Stations: At mile markers one and two.
Parking: The lot between the elementary and the Sunnydale House will close at 8.25am for the 1K Fun Run. It will re-open (outbound traffic) at approximately 9.45, when most 5K race participants have finished the 5K. Other lots available are: 1) West of the Elementary; 2) All of the Middle School.
Medal Awards: Top 3 in men and women’s “Under 40” and “Masters” divisions.
Post Race: Fruit and water will be available for participants. Prize drawings at 10:15 am for those who possess a Bib Number.
