IM ABLE Foundation's February Fitness Challenge: Miles in Motion

The February Fitness Challenge: Miles in Motion is a virtual month-long, hybrid fitness challenge welcoming veterans (with and without disabilities), adaptive athletes, family members, and community supporters to move with purpose throughout February. Participants choose a 10, 25, 50, or 75-mile goal and log miles in RunSignUp using the activities that work best for them—running, walking, rucking, rolling, rowing, cycling, swimming, and more.
This challenge serves as a shadow event to Team RWB’s GWOT 100, offering more accessible distance options. Participants interested in completing 100 miles should register through Team RWB and are encouraged to join all IM ABLE group activities.
