Honolulu Marathon Clinic Turkey Trot

The Honolulu Marathon Clinic present the annual Honolulu Marathon Clinic Turkey Trot!  

Time to earn your turkey dinner!  Choose from four distances:

・5-Miler (8K, around Kapiolani Park and around Triangle Park)
・5K "With Stuffing" (5.8K, 2 loops around Kapiolani Park)
・1.8-mile (around Kapiolani Park) Family Fun Run/Walk
・1-mile 8-minutes or faster (around Kapiolani Park, participants must be able to complete a mile in 8-minutes or faster) 

All these events start and finish on Kalakaua Avenue at the Honolulu Marathon Finish Line near the statue of Queen Kapiolani.  Participants are required to abide by Kapiolani Park rules.

Introducing the 5K “With Stuffing”.  To provide the safest course for the large number of 5K-race participants, this course has been changed to circle Kapiolani Park two times.  The new route’s distance is 5.8 kilometers (0.8K = the stuffing).

●　Early registration deadline is 10/26/2025 at 11:59 pm. Optional shirt orders placed by the early registration deadline will be guaranteed.

●　Regular registration opens on 10/27/2025.

●　Registrations completed on 11/21 and later should attend Wednesday packet pick up.

●　Regular registration deadline is 11/26/2025 at 5:00 pm.

●　Registration will not be accepted on the day of the race.

All registrations do not include shirts, which are available for purchase at the Honolulu Marathon Clinic store site. Optional shirt orders placed by 10/26/2025 will be guaranteed. Optional shirt orders submitted after this date are not guaranteed, and fulfillment will be based on available inventory.

●　Children age 5 and under
If accompanied by a registered adult participant, children age 5 and under may participate in the 1.8-mile and 5K events at no charge. Please register as "Age 5 & Under (without Medal)". No medal will be provided to those participating at no charge, but a medal may be pre-purchased as a keepsake for your child by registering them as an "Additional Family Member".

The Honolulu Marathon Clinic has been training runners and walkers to complete the Honolulu Marathon for more than 50 years!  This non-profit organization provides 9 months of free training and support to both aspiring and experienced marathoners.  The Turkey Trot is the only fund-raising event held to support the work of the Clinic.  Please join us for this fun holiday event to help the Clinic continue serving Oahu's running community!
