Race Overview:

Caring Hands Healthcare Centers welcomes you to join us for the 5th Annual Heroes 4 Health Trail Run at Arrowhead State Park.  This event brings together a scenic and challenging trail run and a great cause of supporting our frontline healthcare workers and first responders.

Location:   Arrowhead State Park – Echo Ridge Campground.  More information about parking, course maps, etc., will be emailed to runners and posted on social media the week of the run.  

Date: September 27, 2025

Time: Gates open at 7:00am – 5k & 10k starts at 8:00am – Fun Run starts at 8:15am. Fun run will be a loop around racing headquarters. 

Prize for Best Dressed!! Don't forget to show your patriotism!!

Registration Fees:

– 5k Cost: Pre-registration fee is $30.  Race Day Registration is $40

– 10k Cost: Pre-registration fee is $40.  Race Day Registration is $50

– Fun Run Cost: Pre-registration fee is $20.  Race Day Registration is $25

Shirt Deadline: All participants signed up by September 8th will get a guaranteed shirt.  Shirts after deadline are first come first serve. 

Awards:  All 5k & 10k finishers will get a custom finishers medal. Age group awards will be presented to the top 3 male and female in each age group. Top male & female overall 5k & 10k.

Packet Pick-up: Sept. 25th-26th @ Caring Hands Elks location (3101 Elks Rd, McAlester).
