- 5K Run/Walk – Perfect for runners or walkers of all levels
- Kids’ 1 Mile Bubble Run/Walk – A family-friendly option for the youngest participants or parents with strollers!

- A chance to support local families in need through the Help Thy Neighbor Fund
- A chance to get involved in our Hempfield community. Invite your families, friends & Neighbors!

Important Notes:
- This is a fun run/walk — you’re welcome to run or walk at your own pace!
- Strollers and families are welcome 🙂
- Can’t participate but still want to support? ❤️You can donate directly or purchase a T-shirt without running/walking ❤️
T Shirts are not included upon race registration. Please order T shirts via the QR code on the flyer! Orders must be completed by September 22nd. T shirts can be picked up the morning of the race starting at 8:30 a.m.
