We invite you to lace up your walking shoes or gear up for a run, and we encourage you to sign up as a team! Representing your organization at the Rhythm Run is a fantastic way to promote health and wellness while fostering team spirit. Together, with each stride we take, we can raise awareness about health disparities and create a healthier Kent County for everyone.
Included in your registration: Officially timed event, Run T-Shirt, finishing medal and Refreshments. (Must register by August 1st to guarantee a T-shirt)

Award Medals will be given to top 3 in each age group 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39. 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up
5K Walk Award Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Overall
