🏃♀️💜 24th Annual Freedom Run to Raise Awareness of Epilepsy
5K & 10K Timed Run • 1-Mile Untimed Walk (Stroll, Skip, or Roll!)
🎉 Freedom = Freedom from stigma and fear around seizures.
Join the Epilepsy Foundation of Hawai‘i (EFH) for a feel-good, family-friendly morning that brings our community together to raise awareness, build understanding, and support people living with epilepsy across our islands.
The Freedom Run is named for what we’re running toward: freedom from stigma and a world where people living with epilepsy feel safe, supported, and fully included. 💜
