Ready for a FLIPPIN' good time?!? Please join us on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at the Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex (WISC) for the Flippin' 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run. This race is hosted by Colonial Sports to benefit the Virginia Elite Gymnastics Academy Competitive Team Parents Association. This non-profit organization supports the financial needs of VEGA team gymnasts to include tuitions, competition funds, and uniforms. All finishers (5K and 1 mile) will receive a finisher medal and finisher certificates will be given to the top two male and female finishers in each age group of the 5K run.

Limited race day registration will be available for an additional $10 fee per race, but swag bags will not be guaranteed. REGISTER TODAY!
