Join us on Sunday, September 21st for our 7th Annual 5k Fun Run/Walk dedicated to supporting local children fighting childhood cancer. Here are the details for the event:
- Registration starts at 8:00am, and the opening ceremony kicks off at 9:00am.
- All proceeds will benefit Live Like Cameron, a local non-profit 501(c)3 organization that assists Flagler County families dealing with childhood cancer and provides "Bags of Hope" to hospitalized children.
- September is Childhood Cancer Month, so we invite all participants to wear gold or superhero attire in solidarity with children battling cancer. A special prize will be awarded to the best-dressed individual, as selected by our Flagler Warriors.
This year's 5k won't be chip-timed but will be a fun run/walk supporting local families affected by childhood cancer. Here's what you can expect:
- Guaranteed t-shirts and cape for online registrations before Sept. 6th, with limited availability afterward.
- Complimentary breakfast sponsored by TBA and light snacks provided.
- The run aims to unite the community in assisting local children fighting cancer, raise awareness about childhood cancer, and promote physical health through running, walking, and exercise.
Special offers include:
- A $20.00 for students aged 18 and under.
- Free admission for children under 5 years old.
