Join the Cape Fear Multisport Club at our coached pool swims this fall/winter! Session 1 will begin the second week in November and go through to the end of January. These are coached swims with planned workouts specific to triathlon/open water swimming to get you ready for 2026! We include pace testing/video analysis/stroke correction/strength building specific to open water. You won't find an equivalent program in the Cape Fear Region! There are several options to choose from as described below.
Sunday Technical Swims at the Earl Jackson Pool at 750 Bess Street in Wilmington from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM every Sunday. 3-month session 1 (November through January) is $140.
Thursday technical swim sessions at the UNCW Natatorium every Thursday from 5:45 AM to 7:00 AM is $120 for 3-month session 1 (November through January).
Combine the two and save! Both 3-month Session 1 Sunday and Thursday swims for $240!
You will not pay through runsignup, this is just for registering. We will charge you individually closer to our start date. These swims are not to be missed and will fill up quickly!!
