Middle School/ High School Meet Instructions
HOSPITALITY TABLE: The coaches' hospitality table will be near the announcer/check-in table.
CONCESSION: Please inform your athletes and spectators that concession and T-shirt sales will be on-site. CASH ONLY.
WATER: will be provided in water coolers. Please bring your own water bottles. We will not have water cups on site, all student-athletes will need to bring their own reusable water bottle to fill at the water table.
TEAM CAMPS: This year the designated team camp area will be located east of the timing and hospitality tent. The area will be roped off and their will be signs designating the area for both MS and HS teams. Only teams and coaches should be in the area, all spectators will be asked to leave. TRASH: Your packet includes a trash bag. Please use your trash bags and deposit them beside the portable toilets before you leave. Additional trash bins will be stationed throughout the area and near the concession stand and portable toilets
SPECTATOR PARKING: Parking is located at the Chinle Flea Market, which can be tedious to navigate for smaller vehicles. Please inform your spectators not to block anyone in.
