The Bengal Dash includes both a USATF Certified 5K Run/Walk that includes participants ranging from elite runners to those jogging as a family. The event also includes the Kids’ 1-Mile Obstacle Course Fun Run. The Fun Run is geared toward ages 4–12, but older and younger are welcome to join!
