Dust off your capes, lace up your sneakers, and get ready for a day of pure fun!
This isn’t your average, high-stress race. There are no timers, no pressure, and no intense leaderboard. Whether you run like Flash, jog, walk, or push a stroller, this day is all about celebrating the everyday hero in all of us. Bring the whole family out for a morning of movement, laughter, and a touch of magic!

• 8:30 AM – Check-in opens & Face Painting begins! 🎨
• 9:15 AM – The Mighty Kids Dash (Ages 10 & under) ⚡
• 9:45 AM – The 5K Fun Run/Walk Start 🚀

🎨 Superhero Transformation Station
Arrive early to get fully into character! We’ll have a free face painting station set up before the race starts. Get some lightning bolts on your cheeks, a hero mask over your eyes, or your favorite emblem painted on so you can fly through the course in style.
Enjoy light refreshments & Free Children's Books 
⚡ The Mighty Kids Dash
Before the main event, our littlest heroes get their chance to shine! This is a short, super-fun dash perfect for the kids to show off their lightning-fast speed. Every single child who participates takes home a special finisher prize to celebrate their heroic effort!
🏃‍♂️ The "All Heroes" 5K (Not Timed!)
Our 5K course is fully open to your own pace. Want to power-walk and chat? Perfect. Want to jog while wearing a cape? Awesome. Because this event is completely untimed, you can just focus on having fun, enjoying the music along the course, and making it to the finish line smiles-first.
🌟 What to Wear?
Costumes are highly encouraged but totally optional! Come dressed as your favorite comic book superhero, a real-life hero (like a nurse, firefighter, or teacher), or just sport your brightest, most colorful activewear.
