Join us for a 5k or 1-mile run in beautiful Downtown Decatur, Alabama. Formally the Frosty Freeze and Jingle Bell Mile, this race is taking on a new face as the Alice Haughaboo Grit and Grace 5k and 1-mile Fun Run. Alice is the daughter of long-time coach, Alana Haughaboo. For four years, Alice battled Melanoma with Grit and Grace, and recently passed away. This race supports both the Austin High School Cross Country Team and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Course
The Downtown Decatur Course USATF Certified and goes through a historic neighborhood and the downtown area of Decatur, Alabama ending at The Old State Bank.
Arrival and Parking Info
Park near the Old Bank on Church Street and gather near the Old Bank until the race begins. Bathrooms will be available near the Old Bank. Water and drinks will be available at the finish.
Race Attire
We encourage runners to dress up in Christmas gear or wear purple in memory of Alice! Make sure your race bib is pinned somewhere visible. The bib has the chip timer in it. It is yours to keep after the race.
