1st Annual GOBBLE WOBBLE 5K / 10& Under Fun Run!! SUPPORTING: American Heritage Girls Troop LA-0401 
 
Saturday, November 21st, 2026 
8:00 a.m. – 3131 Arthur Teague PKWY Boat Launch at the foot of Shreveport Barksdale Bridge.
 
American Heritage Girls is a faith-based character development and leadership organization for girls ages 5 to 18. The program helps girls grow in faith, service, citizenship, life skills, confidence, and outdoor adventure through troop meetings, badge work, community service, and leadership opportunities. It is often seen as a Christ-centered alternative to traditional scouting programs, with a strong emphasis on family involvement, biblical values, and helping girls become women of integrity. The 5k is our only fundraiser for the year and supplies our troop with the necessary funds to fulfill all our service projects in the area, as well as maintaining our troop equipment and events.

14&Under / 15-19 / 20-29 / 30-39 / 40-44 / 45-49 / 50-59 / 60+

Registration is $25 October 1st until October 31st.
Registration from November 1st  through November 11th  is $30.
Registration from November 12 h through Race Day is $35
  **Shirt sizes not guaranteed if registering after NOVEMBER 8th 11:59pm. We WILL have a LIMITED number of extras, we just cannot GUARANTEE your specific size or availability.  They will be on a first come first serve basis AFTER the cutoff date. 
 
RACE PACKET PICKUP will be at our Charter Church Friday NOV 20th 12:30pm – 6:00pm :

You may also pick up your race packet on race morning at the race site staring at 6:30 am.

Special Note: Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand pushed or pulled vehicle will be allowed on the course, but at a walk pace capacity only. Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller skates or runners with baby strollers will be allowed on run course. This rule is an RRCA regulation!
