Are you ready to start off the year with a bang? Join Kaylin Russeau Fitness for Bootcamp to accomplish your New Year's Goals!
Who: Our class welcomes all levels of fitness from the beginner to the advanced participant looking to improve their fitness & health by attending a class that is fun, community driven & challenging! Progressions and modifications are provided to make sure you are getting an awesome workout for your fitness level! You are in charge of how much you challenge yourself!
What: This Bootcamp class will be 4 weeks long in the beginning of 2026.
When: Monday and Thursdays
Mondays – 1/5, 1/12, 1/19, 1/26
Thursdays – 1/8, 1/15, 1/22, 1/29
Time: 6:00 pm – 6:50 pm
Where: Middle School Cafeteria – Park behind middle school and enter through pool doors
Cost:
Monday and Thursday
$56 for 8 classes ($7.00 per class)
or
1 class per week: Monday or Thursday
$32 for 4 classes ($8.00 per class)
** If there is a Dundee Community Schools Snow Day and after school activities are cancelled, we will not be able to have class and we will establish a makeup day.
