Looking for a fun way to give back with your family? Join Autism Society – The Heartland for our Annual 5K/1K Fun Run on April 4, 2026. This event gives participants the opportunity to run or walk a 5K or 1K course at Aspiria (former Sprint Campus). Our 5K begins at 8:00 a.m. followed by our 1K at 9:15a.m. All participants (1K and 5K) are eligible to order a t-shirt separately from the race registration fee. Registered 5K in-person participants receive chip timing. All 5K and 1K race finishers will receive a finishers medal.

This race will benefit all those connected to the Autism community in Kansas and Missouri. This is an all weather event that will be run/walked unless the race director, at their sole discretion, determines that the weather conditions are not safe to run in, at which time the race will be cancelled. No refunds will be given.
